Landscape Renovation in Liberty, MO
Landscaping ages. Shrubs planted twenty years ago swallow the windows, beds lose their shape, edging heaves, and the layout no longer fits how you use the yard. Atlas Landscape renovates existing landscapes for homeowners in Liberty and the Kansas City area, keeping what still works and rebuilding the rest.
A renovation is different from starting on bare ground. We work around the house, mature trees, utilities, and the parts of the yard you already like, so the finished result looks planned instead of patched.
We take on renovations for established Gladstone neighborhoods as well.
Keep What Works and Replace What Doesn't
Most renovations start with removal: overgrown shrubs, failing edging, old rock beds, and plants that have outgrown their space. With that cleared out, we can reshape beds, fix drainage, and replant with plants sized for the spot.
Larger renovations often bring in other work. We can add new planting, a paver patio, or a retaining wall, and fix grading and drainage problems while the ground is open. If you want a full plan first, our landscape design service starts there.
What a Renovation Can Include
- Removing Overgrown Shrubs and Old Beds
- Reshaping and Re-Edging Planting Beds
- New Plants Sized for the Space
- Fresh Mulch and Soil Improvement
- Updated Walkways, Patios, or Walls
Start With What You Want to Change
Every yard has a list of things that bother the owner. We start with yours, then look for problems that are harder to spot, such as poor drainage, compacted soil, or trees now shading beds that were planted for sun.
From there we agree on what stays, what goes, and what gets built, so the scope and budget are clear before work begins.
